Many media personalities are enjoying time at the beach and all sorts of vacations now that the year has entered the summer months. Hoda Kotb, previously of Today, has been sharing a few posts of her enjoying summer festivities with fans. In a recent post, fans noticed a certain someone along for the trip.

Kotb is best known to many for her work on Today. Starting in 2007, she became known for serving as a co-host on the show’s fourth hour, later becoming a co-anchor in 2018 alongside Savannah Guthrie. Leaving the show in 2024, she has since pursued a startup wellness platform and app, Joy 101.
Thanks to living in the public eye, fans have also followed Kotb’s love life. In 2013, she started a relationship with Joel Schiffman, announcing her engagement in 2019. However, in 2022, she announced on the show that they had split, remaining friends and co-parents to their children.
The former Today host recently took to Instagram to share several photos from a recent family beach vacation. At the time, she was joined her two daughters, Haley and Hope, her mom, Sameha, her sister, Hala, and her brother, Adel, among others.
Kotb & Schiffman Were Also Recently Seen Celebrating The World Cup Together
The slideshow post featured clips of Kotb and her family having fun at the beach and by the pool, as well as at a restaurant and at the resort they stayed at, all set to Alan Gogoll’s “Sunny Side of the Stream.” Kotb herself captioned the post, “Nothing like being in the same place at the same time #Family.”
However, eagle-eyed viewers noticed someone else along for the trip. It was Joel Schiffman. Taking to the comments, many shared their excitement over seeing him included in all the fun.
As previously reported, this isn’t the first time this year that Kotb and Schiffman could be seen spending time together, even years after they ended their engagement. In another recent post, the two smiled for a photo while celebrating the World Cup together.
Of course, some fans were just happy to see Kotb simply enjoy herself and spend time with her family. Some comments included:
