She ended up dating Aaron Nosler, but fans were very skeptical of him, and they did split. At the end of Season 3, she shared that she had been casually seeing someone named Max Amini.
Then, snaps of her and Dr. Dre came out, and everyone was stunned. They seemed like a very unlikely couple, plus he is 61, and she is 37. As of now, it is unclear if this was something serious or if Dr. Dre was just going to dine with a friend. He has been in the business for decades and has amassed a lot of friends, so that would make sense. However, Dre and Michelle have never stated that this was super serious, so they could have an open relationship.
